1. Controller
The data controller for this website is Pylonex OÜ (Estonia). Contact: support@pylonex.dev.
2. What we collect
Checkout data. Your email address and payment confirmation. Card details are collected and processed directly by Paddle, our merchant of record — they never reach our servers.
Technical data. IP address, browser and device information, and basic usage of this website.
Marketing attribution. Campaign parameters attached to the link you arrived through (such as utm tags and ad click identifiers) and similar cookies, used to measure which advertising led to a purchase.
3. Why we process it
To provide the subscription and link your premium access to the app (performance of a contract); to measure and improve our advertising (legitimate interest / consent where required); to comply with legal obligations such as accounting; and to prevent fraud.
4. Who we share it with
We use service providers acting as processors: Paddle (payments, as merchant of record), Vercel (hosting), AppsFlyer (app install attribution), and Meta (advertising measurement — purchase events with hashed identifiers). We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Retention
We keep checkout and billing records for as long as required by accounting and tax law, and attribution data only as long as needed for measurement. You may request deletion of data we are not legally required to keep.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@pylonex.dev. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Estonia this is the Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
8. Cookies
This site uses strictly necessary storage for the checkout flow and, for marketing measurement, attribution cookies and identifiers described above.
