1. Who we are
This website is operated by Pylonex OÜ, a company registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@pylonex.dev.
2. The service
Through this website you can purchase a subscription that unlocks premium access in the PDF Converter iOS application. After a successful purchase you will be directed to download the app; your access is linked to the email address used at checkout.
3. Subscriptions, trial and billing
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the subscription starts with a free trial. When the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; we do not store your card details. By starting a trial you authorize the recurring charges described at checkout.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time — during the trial to avoid any charge, or later to stop future renewals. Cancel online at pdf.upalon.com/cancel, via the Manage Subscription option in the app, or by contacting support@pylonex.dev. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
By starting the trial or purchase you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that, once access is provided, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital services may no longer apply. We nevertheless review refund requests case by case — contact support and we will do our best to help.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access in case of abuse or fraud.
7. Intellectual property
The app, this website, and all related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the premium features.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumers' statutory rights.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies at the moment of your purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
